SCOTTSDALE, AZ. - A Scottsdale massage therapist is facing a sexual assault charge for allegedly making unwanted advances on a client.
Officers were called to the Kalologie 360 Spa near Scottsdale Road and McDonald on Dec. 22. A woman told police that during her massage, Marc Francis Walther, had permission to rub her inner thighs, but then leaned in and allegedly touched her vagina.
The lady told police that after the incident she pushed him away and asked him what he was doing. He reportedly apologized and said, "I've never had such a beautiful girl on [my] massage table," documents state.
Records say Walther, a resident of Phoenix, has worked for the spa for a year, but that this was the first time he had contact with the victim.
He was arrested and booked into jail on one count of sexual assault and is being held without bond.
