Security camera newbie Long range wireless battery operated.?

So I know nothing about security cameras but a bit of a situation came up where I need one. Here is what I need; I need a camera that can see 100 to 150 feet in the dark and light that could see a license plate number. The problem is that it needs to run on it's own power and the receiver would be about or a little over 1500 feet.

So I was thinking that what I should be looking for is something with a yagi antenna in the UHF range so I can send this signal that far. Now like I said I know nothing about this stuff so what do I need and where do I get it?

Like can I get a system where it's just the camera and antenna or would I need a camera, antenna and some type of signal strengthening box to send the signal 1500 feet?
