Hi folks,
I'm currently dealing with pain in one leg, and curious to know if others have experienced anything like this. It's mostly inferior to the popliteal, definitely gastroc and maybe popliteus... when I flex my knee I can feel it down to the achilles tendon.
No or little pain at rest, but it hurts to walk, and gets worse over time... the other day I had so much walking to do, that I ended up limping home.
It seems related to the chair massage routine I have to do for work, which involves putting all my weight onto the ball of one foot, and repetitive internal & external rotations of the leg.
I had a full hour of work on the region last night, which really loosened it all up (stretching now feels like it actually does something), and have done both warm soaks and ice.
Hoping to get more work this week, but thought I'd check in with all of you folks and see if you had any more ideas for self care.
