I was also wondering what everyone thinks on sending out gift cards to clients? On the gift card I put free 30min massage w/purchase of a 1/2hr sessionfor yourself or for a friend, the thing is that I already sent these clients vip cards last month after thanksgiving the vip discount is purchase 4 1hr massage and recieve 50% off the fifth massage but only one person has called me back to schedule an appointment, is it to soon to send out these christmas gift cards or are they two entirely different things, I really don't want to sound desperate to these clients, their all I got right now, all eleven of them yea thats right I only have eleven clients , and only two of them are regulars 3 times a month, its not that I give a crappy massage, cause I put my heart in to it and I love my work everyone always tells me how great I am, its just that people who need a massage don't even know I exist....  anyhow could someone adress me on this gift card issue. I would greatly appreciate it.

If it were me, I probably wouldn't do the christmas gift cards, especially since you just sent out the other cards, you don't want to overwhelm them with promo stuff.  Perhaps doing that as a post-holiday thing, like "ring in the new year with a gift for yourself!" or something like that...just my 2 cents
