I have to admit that I thought the writer was recounting my experiences with her for most of our outings. It's disheartening to know this is how I am perceived.
As well, I came from poverty, do very well now, and it just bothers me think I'm setting a woman up to live in luxury by the time she's thirty. I struggled badly until I was older than that.
Any thoughts?
