BARBOURSVILLE, W.Va. (WCHS) — A man accused of sexually abusing a client inside a massage business at the Huntington Mall has been arrested, court records said.
Ziping Ling, of Queens, New York, has been charged with first-degree sexual abuse, according to jail records.
Ling has been accused of rubbing his private parts against a client’s hand while she was on a massage table at Relaxed Place Massage, according to a criminal complaint filed in Cabell County Magistrate Court.
The complaint said Ling was accused of forcefully pushing her arms down before grabbing the client’s private area.
