She Was Joking, I was Scared !

Went to see one of my regulars, but she was busy so I opted for another MPA who I knew, but never had a session with. The session itself is not what I am talking about here, but rather her joking nature with regards to the way she tries to exact a good tip out of customers. . .In passing she mentioned that she once threatened a customer with sexual assault charges if he did not pay her asking price for services rendered. She said she never would, he just tried to short change her by 20 or 30 dollars. But this made me wonder. . .If for whatever reason you don't get along with an MPA and she as a result makes such a claim, what can you do ? It is your word against hers. Anyways, it just made me wonder, that's all.

I have a hunch that she really wouldn't want to have to provide LE with intimate details regarding a transaction. Sounds like she was just talking stupid- maybe she had a long day or something.

how many times could she say that...it would be obvious after a few times...especially if someone posted it here with her name and the spa's name...she'd be out of a job in a hurry....

I'm don't mean to give anyone any ideas...
...but my understanding is LE in general look askance at claims of sexual battery by adult service providers [this means hookers, SP's etc.].

When you "allow" certain contact (some more intimate than others) by "strangers, or customers w/your body for money...
...LE tend to give the "customer" the benefit of the doubt that what happened was not coerced.

Any SP who's got a "charge" on her record w/in the last five years (I think it is) can have the charge brought out in court by the defence btw.

The LE stance is not that SP's "can't" be victims of this kind of assault/battery etc. - It's just harder for them (adult service workers) to prove it when for the right price, the "client" could have got what he wanted anyway; and the "victim" is known to "give 'em what they want"- in exchange for money etc.
