From what I have been told girls wanted to keep more of the fee due to inflation so Nikki let them go but said the reason was they were doing drugs. This backfired on Allegra as the girls took clients with them so Nikki had to make an apology to do damage control, as a lot of the girls posted that Nikki was pushing drugs on the girls. The thing is now with social media if a girl has a good following they start to question the value provided by the agency for the fees the agency takes as in some cases they can make more by going independent though it does mean more administrative work (screening clients, handling bookings etc.)

Worked for an ad agency. And stayed friends with some of the Execs who moved on to create another agency and so it goes. Anyway, the MO was to hire them young, dumb and full of cum, keep food and drink flowing and allow for them to have some fun as long as you get the results. And when they got enough experience, they moved on to better opportunities for more money and less insanity.

The escort agency is the exact same. And when the escorts establish themselves, their brand and hopefully a loyal client base, it is time to leave the insanity. Two of my regulars were agency girls and now have a private space for hosting. Everything is prebooked. She screens and determines if she is willing to see someone new. Sees less clients and keeps more money. At that point, an agency is just an expense with ZERO value. My other regular is still with an agency but plans to leave as well.

Nikki knows this as she is/was a working girl and is on the agency side as well. She is lucky that they ladies agreed to come back.

Really doesn't impact me as those ladies are outside of my price point. But glad to see that I am not the only one getting screwed playing this game.

Allegra is going though some drama currently. These play party’s, Nikki blocked this one guy because Olivia Eden slandered him. Just as she did with secrets. Now there’s a petition to Nikki to settle this drama lol few of the girls at the agency are on the client’s side. Shows Olivia reputation.
