i am talking about even the local areas like minhang are affected by this. N minhang is damn far from the central civilization so xijiahui is of course extremely affected by these raids bro.

Hi all,

It sounds like the scene is not looking too good in Shanghai these days due to expo. G18 is closed, someone even posted another message about the BBSs are closing. I was wondering if the scene outside of downtown areas are better, for example, near Xiu Jia Hui. It's mostly local residents, maybe it's less restricted?

I'm going to Shanghai late this month, any info on this is much appreciated.
