Should death sentence be introduced?

Sometimes, people kill accidently. They should still be punished with jail sentence. However, some others commit premeditated murders for drugs, money, revenge, family matters, etc. Should that person who is found guilty and confessed himself being the killer to also be killed by the law?
Do you deserve to die if you kill voluntarily?

No, it shouldn't be. Capital punishment doesn't work. It does not tend to reduce homicide rates, and inevitably it leads to wrongful executions.
Whether someone 'deserves' to die is not the question. It's easy to look at people who have done terrible things and to say that terrible things should be done to them. But that's vengeance, not justice, and it has no place in the legal system of a civilised country.

You mention killing for revenge as something for which a murderer might be executed. But that execution would itself be killing for revenge. That doesn't send out a very clear message.

In my opinion, yes, it should be bought back.
If you kill voluntarily -- then you deserve the same thing done back to you. You don't deserve a second chance for killing someone, it is inexcusable.

If someone killed one of my family members voluntarily they would never make it to trial.......it would be "taken" care of well before that.

Well, it's already here where I live, and I do have mixed feelings. I think the main benefit is that it saves someone from rotting in jail (which I think is actually worse than dying) and can save society a ton of money (except when there are a gazillion appeals, etc).

I think the idea of killing someone for revenge is pretty twisted. I mean, think about it. If Person A kills Person B, Person B is dead. There is a lot of grief left behind... siblings, parents, children, friends, neighbors, co-workers, other family members, partners, etc. These are the people who are suffering. If we kill A, they're dead, too. We're not punishing A, we're punishing their siblings, parents, children, friends, neighbors, co-workers, other family members, partners, etc.

The relatives are innocent. Why punish them by taking away their loved one?

Well, if they kill voluntarily then yes, they should be punished. If someone is killing for revenge, I think it kind of depends on why they wanted revenge. If they had a family member who was killed by someone and they wanted revenge for that, then I would just put them in jail for 20 years or so.
But there are some forms of killing that I don't think you need to be pressed against charges for. Such as self defense. Then I think that you don't need to be pressed charges against.

That's a catch 22. I do think that retribution is a good thing but there have been incidents in the past where nutters have confessed to being killers for various reasons when they actually weren't. If one of these people was tried and executed, the killer would still be out there.
There was a New Zealand case of a man sentenced for horrific murders serving 10 years until new evidence surfaced that exonerated him. Once you have executed someone, you can't turn around one day and say sorry, we made a mistake.

they should get life in jail
