My first experience with market "correction" (people taking my money and run).

Put 20k usd in EV stocks Tesla and Nio in Feb (10k in Tesla, 10k in Nio) now they dropped 6k in value...I cannot sell and have to "give my investment time to grow"...should have spend 6k on girls and invested the the rest, and I would have been better off...fucking stock market.

Same thing with ARKK, have 5k in that too, and 2K in QQQ.

Bought some Salesforce at $205 and Domino's Pizza at $333...I'm treating this shit as an opportunity.

Point number 1, I agree with.
Point number 2, you're dead wrong. Not even investment experts can time the market perfectly. No one can predict when a company will go up or down. It's best to invest in a good company that's been around for a while that can sustain steady growth over the long term. Companies such as Bell.

My personal advice is maybe you need a financial advisor to help you invest your money. Ive owned Tesla and Nio from years ago and it’s gone extremely well for me. They are now long term holds but I wouldn’t buy them at this price point. I also question you buying QQQ. A lot of people think they know stocks but all they are really doing is gambling. You need market research. Research into the company. Listen to the quarterly reports. etc. A good financial advisor can do this for you and manage your portfolio. Just my two cents. I manage half my stocks and my manager handles my RRSPs and TFSA accounts. Don’t wanna be gambling with those.

Bought BTCG, QBTC and BTCC early, have made some gains. I like the crytpo space, but refuse to buy individual companies or the underlying digital currency directly. ETFs have higher feeds but are a bit safer, and still very volatile. What you have bought looks like a pretty safe bet. QQQ may fluctuate but I would hang on to that one. I also think TSLA is running of our gas You might want to cut your losses on that one and sell.

No offence, but you invested in the worst stocks possible, not only are they super over valued, their price is nothing but speculation and reflects nothing about their underlying business. This happens to investors generation after generation. Always fall for the idea of the great tech future and get rich easily by buying these few stocks that are just popular names with a cult following. I recommend you read some real books in investing, research the fundamentals of companies and to be honest, for the most part, stay away from popular names unless they are at a reasonable valuation. Don`t make these rookie mistakes again brother, all the best luck.

I am not saying do not invest. However, for me I rather visit SPAs an enjoy my life now rather save for my old age that I can not spend the money I saved to enjoy my life later on. It is give and take like everything in our life. Do not enjoy and invest now? or invest now and try to enjoy when you are old?

Yeah should have dollar cost averaged into it, but after watching Tesla double in a few months after the split, I wanted to get in asap, cos it was increasing $20-30 a day.

People are buy all value names now pe less then 30 with some type of earnings and recovery stocks tech will come back when 5g and apple product cycle recycles

If you are buying a highly speculative "growth" stock like Tesla (with a P/E of almost 1000), you should prepare to lose money. The fact that its price is already so high after recent stock split should limit its price action simply because it'd require significant buy action to make the already sky high price to go any higher.

When you invest its stock market, be prepare to lose money and never use $ that you can't afford to lose. And the longer you are able to wait out any downturn, the better you are able to pay the game.
