may i suggest maybe wearing a little more, a swimming costume may work as its tight but still covers everything. if you do not want to go further i would not suggest it as not only will he be tempted but so will you. however if you trust him or feel you both have enough restraint then i can not tell you enough how much you will both enjoy the experience!

You should feel happy that he offers to please you like that, but since he offered to give you a full body massage with just a towl covering your butt it's really his problem if he gets to tempted by it. It's not like you turned him on, well you kind of did in a way but it's his fault for not being able to help and control himself
