the United States? The costs associated with repairing the damage done by the Tsunami wave that impacted with Hawaii is going to be astronomical. The sooner we get a tax in place to help defray the costs, the sooner we will be able to make Hawaii and inhabitable island that is attractive to tourists. Once the costs have been paid off, we can use the remaining and future funds collected to continue to be progressive in our plans to quash global warming. The same scientists that predicted the crushing Tsunami wave are predicting the horrors of global warming. We heeded their warning with the wave and we MUST do the same with global warming.
