"Should we introduce drug testing in secondary school?"?

Main point against is the cost. Spending more on drug testing means spending even less on education.

I think if it can catch kids that could possibly ruin their lives if they aren't stopped now then go for it. If someone starts drugs in secondary school then they have a greater chance of addiction. They have underdeveloped brains that are susceptible and it could save their lives and futures. They are kids, it's our jobs to be invasive if necessary.

They should be done years and years ago

BTW they gonna start it next year all high schools in US

What the hell for?
Kids will stop going to school if they do use drugs because they fear being caught out and put into the criminal system
It will cost money
Most secondary kids don't even use drugs anyway, or use very little amounts
Those with mighty habits are more likely to not be in school
Why put stress on kids who don't use drugs?
It would look like the community didn't trust teens at all, which is not a good reflection on a community and alienates teens further
