First, the top boss is responsible for all campaigns. Ultimately the buck stops there.
Secondly, i am not exactly fine with jokes on certain people. Let me tell that the joke as a standalone on the two characters above would have been fine, but the portrayal in the form that has been done, is atleast in my opinion, rather poor in taste.
If Obama nad the US condemned Obama cartoon dresed as Arab, this one is even worse with what it implies.

I don't disagree on the puppet part but its not the puppets being portrayed here. And i gave Zapak example just to show that Anil's company does this kind of stuff very very regularly. Zapak issue raised a major hue and cry (the posters had to be pulled off from certain towns) and am sure Anil came(or would have) to know of why it happened.
