Why don't you name some of those 100-200 options for us please? This rate includes FS, does it not? If it was simply a Bbbjcim, then yes it is rather high, in my opinion. I agree 160hh isn't a great rate, but it's still ok. Since the pandemic started, I find it rare to get a Bbbjcim at any rate.
