I don't know of any kind of massage that necessarily "treats" a sleeping disorder, but massage in general is relaxing and conducive to supporting effective sleep patterns which helps the client and can help decrease the effects of a chronic problem.
I have a client who has trouble sleeping and has been through many sleep clinics with no answer to this frustrating problem. After 4 nights of barely any sleep she came to me and I did a very slow, even, swedish massage, taking care to play music that I knew was steady and even with nothing that would shake her out of her relaxed state. She called me the next day to tell me she felt great and was able to get some good sleep!
I'm not sure if this addresses the specific issue you had in mind, but this has been my (limited) experience.
