Small Bars in the Zona Norte

Hey Burt, thanks for all the info. Your posts are one of the main reasons I'm a member of this site and one of the reasons I've stayed a member despite all of the recent BS between Fireballs and several of the other mongers.

I think it's ridiculous to let something posted on a forum get to you personally. Now, if someone wants to mess with your livelihood by posting negative reviews of your business then I can certainly understand being defensive about that.

Hopefully this forum goes exclusively back to what we're all here for; learning about the best places to bang chicks for $$ in TJ. Not reading about false claims, threats, or other BS.

That being said, back to the topic at hand. Thanks to Burt's info, I will try venturing out of AB / CC / HK and into some of the smaller bars. Never hurts to take a quick look right?

Hey guys:
I always try to give small bars in Zona norte business.
However, everytime I check their places , I just can not
justify my spending on the girls . They are not half decent like
Adelitas, Chicago club...
I am sure all the mangers know mongers will spend Dolares on
nice girls . I still fail to understand why those empty bars don't
hire some beauties to drum up business ???

Most guys begin their TJ adventures in Adelitas or Chicago Club. Adelitas has perhaps the largest selection of chicas at any given time of the day or night of all the TJ bars. In contrast, Chicago Club doesn’t get going until around 9pm.

Both are know for having a selection of hot girls. (Many surgically modified.) However, sessions are often very mechanical. GFEs seem more commonplace in smaller bars. Also, I find the chicas in small bars more enjoyable to talk to. So I thought I’d post about a couple of Adelitas neighbors.

Often after a guy has been to AB and CC he wants to explore. Below are just a couple places out of many that can provide mongers with an enjoyable experiences.

Las Chavelas
Las Chavles is Adelitas neighbor to the west. LC is sometimes semi-jokingly called “Las Chubbies” by Tijuana vets. Although the chicas aren’t of AB/CC quality, I’ve found some chicas there that are pleasing on the eye. This isn’t a “dime a dance” bar and you shouldn’t have any problems taking a chica upstairs. This place has provided me with some decent sessions and a couple of nice TLNs.

La Botana 2000
La Botana is on the same side of Coahuila as Adelitas. It’s also to the west of Adelitas near corner of Coahuila and Ninos Heroes. This is near the corner of Coahuila.

Since Las Chavelas and La Botana are so close it never hurts to talk a walk through and see what’s available. There’s nothing like finding a good looking girl and a shoreforum.xxxe of potential clients.

La Tropa
La Tropa is east of Adelitas and further away than either Las Chavelas and La Botana. It’s on the same side of the street as Adelitas, but all the way at the end where Coahuila intersect Revolucion. Over the years the selection at La Tropa has been extremely variable. There are times it has a great lineup and others when it’s dead. If you are staying at the Hotel del Santiago (which is close) it might be worth checking out if you are on your way to Adelitas, otherswise it probably doesn’t merit a look.

From La Tropa you can see the MP named Purple Rain, one of the better Massage Parlors. However, IMHO it isn’t wise—especially at night--to walk from La Tropa and Purple Rain. It’s dark, there isn’t a lot of foot traffic. Although it’s a short distance the area is filled with druggies and rateros are a possibility. However, IMHO the greatest danger is from cops. I’ve known more than one monger who has had a bad experience with a corrupt cop trying on the section of Revolucion that’s located between Purple Rain and La Tropa.

There are, of course, lots of other bars in the Zona besides Adelitas and Chicago Club that are good place to visit. So if you’re a newbie who wants to try something new then do it. But, especially in the beginning, stick to well lighted areas with lots of foot traffic.
