Smoking

Not too long ago I met a MPA who was good except one thing. When she walked towards me I could smell second hand smoke on her body, which was a big turn-off. I hate second hand smoke.
Should MP owners advise their staff not to smoke before reporting to work?

I couldnt disagree more alot of mpas smoke, you cant tell an mpa she cant smoke before she comes to work. If you dont like the smell see another mpa who dosnt smoke. I get sick and tired of these self righteous none smokers thinking thay can dictate to others how to run there lives.

Being a smoker (what a shock), I'm always very aware to curtialing when in a social/intimate setting. I always ask prior to lighting up. It is the polite thing to do. I know I don't like it when a lady smells like an ashtray and I'm a smoker!

Best thing to do when faced with this situation, say to her, "Just had a smoke?". This should signal to her that you don't like it. If not, tell her you don't like it and to politely refrain.

I'm an ex-smoker but not an anti-smoker. I still have the ocassional smoke when I drink. Smelling smoke off of the attendant doesn't annoy me.

Smelling it off of the linen or off of my clothes when you does. There's no excuse for the linen thing. That's a pretty clear indication that the table linen has been reused. As far as the clothes go, I don't mind smelling like a bar when I go to a bar. I don't want to smell like a bar when I leave an MP.
