What is something you have done in your life that most likely 90% or more of the people you know or in the world have never done!? Maybe you have been shot.... you have leaped tall buildings...... maybe you were a prisoner of war...... maybe you have competed in an eating contest.

Used to do back flips off my horse. Thats it, all I got. Actually I used to do back flips off anything I could find. Got diving board rash, cement rash and tree bark rash a few times hitting my face against stuff on the way down doing that as well. If I didnt have such a good horse I prob would of gotten hoof prints on my face as well. lol. ​

Pork is not as bad for you as you think

It is the sodium and nitrates you need to watch with most cured meats.

Of course the fat is a concern for many but if you are cooking it in the oven, on a rack you do not have it sitting in the fat as it cooks.

Now if I am having eggs with it the rack method does not work so good for the eggs.

Nothing beats bacon dripping for frying eggs.
for a BLT you should try weaving slices of bacon into a square and cook it until it reaches the desired crispness.

now you have a tight piece of bacon suited well for the bread of your choosing.
