Spa Sensuous, Vancouver's newest MP! 540 West Pender is open again!

We finally have a new high end player in the market! We're still not at Edmonton's level (30 MPs) or Toronto (over 300 MPs) or even Montreal's level (5000 escort services), but this brings up the intensity level.

The interior look fabulous, kinda reminds me of Revive Massage and Spa in Edmonton.

By saying they are Vancouver's only Luxury Spa they are clearly taking a shot at Swedish Touch.

A little competition against The Touch may bring down room their rates and level the playing field.

Wouldn't be surprised if Madame Cleos owner has a stake in ownership here. With Madame Cleos closing any week now, maybe this will be the new Cleos, maybe better.

Time will tell if this place lasts.

It opened in 1987 as Admirals Upper Deck, then in 1992 was the Den for 10 years, then Lavenda after the owner of Toh Far in Richmond took over, then an asian place, then closed.

I hope the ground that 540 W. Pender is on is not cursed.
