Spinal Stenosis/daughters, Dad & I suffering

If someone could, offer recommendations for me &my family.
We have spinal stenosis diseases (neck - tail bone)in our family.
They say surgery when needed is probably going to help.
Probably going to help? No way, is there a yoga we can do to ease pains?
We have days we cannot move! Help please.

Hello Dodie,

There is a natural way which could give you and your family great relief and it is as follow:
[ol][*]All of your family must intake one Cod Liver Oil Capsule per day(in the morning);[/ol]
Apply an EGG PLASTER on the painful area or swollen area as follow:

Takeonly the egg white of an egg and beat it up with a fork until bubbles;[/align][*]
Takethis egg whiteand spread it on a face cloth;[/align][*]
Put the face clothwith the egg white on andfacing the area of your pain;[/align][*]
Apply a clear plastic covering larger over it such as Saran Wrap food covering;[/align][*]
Tape it all around and keep over night and put on PJs or underpants to keep the plaster on;[/align][*]
Remove in the morning and wash;[/align][*]
You can do this every night for up to one week, than[/align][*]
Start with this exercise which is attached 4 times a day and as many as you can do per time.[/align][/ul]

Painless Joe - What's the rationale behind this egg plaster treatment? It may be painless but it sounds ludicrous. And which exercises?
Spinal stenosis is a narrowing of the space available to the spinal cord, leading to pressure on the nerves and pain. It can be a more or less serious business.
It is possible that the reason for the stenosis has a postural origin, (for instance calcium deposits or osteophytes grow in response to thedirection of the pull of the muscles)and perhaps a postural assessment by a physiotherapist would be a good idea.Then you would get recomendations for changing your posture, together with exercises and this could lead to a return to a more normal spine and reduction in pain.

Hi guys,
totally agree with Sharon on this on .......as normal.................... the first time I read painlessjoes treatment plan I checked my calender for 1 april.

I guess if you followed the advice the yolk would be on you.............or not in this case.
