Sports massage case studiues

hi everyone...new member here! just wondering if anyone could give me a bit of direction regarding case studies...not sure where to start it's all a bit daunting and the tutor is less than helpful!!! any help would be much appreciated!!!

what course are you doing, you should be given direction in this area,
usually case studies contain a consultation, with all sensitive information blacked out to comply with data protection with associated documentry evidence or notes taken before durng or after the massage.
These case studies are usually assessed by internal assessors and verifiers with current clinical experience in the field ofsports massage.
I look for patterns emerging within subsequent treatments where you have identified eg, Rhomboids weak. I would then look for other indications of direction within the treatment.
Depending on the level of the course you are completing, I would expect to see self evaluation or review of treatments after 3 or 4 consecutive treatments.
Some courses need to see "client" feedback,
