Hi everyone
i've been reading through the posts and noted that ITEC does not seem to be very well thought of. I did my Holistic Massage through ITEC and thought the course and my tutor was fantastic. I've recently done the ITECSports Therapy and was a little disappointed as it did not live up to my expectations. The examination questions seem more intent to catch you out than actually test the depth of your knowledge. I am thinking of supplementing it with another course, has anyone got any experience of the manipulative therapy courses held at the Midland School of Massage in Nottingham?
Also, I want to do aromatherapy, but not sure about whether to stick to ITEC. Is it best to keep with the same examining board, or should I venture out somewhere else?
Any advice would be welcome? Also, (while I am here), how do you get involved in pre and post event massage at sporting events? Is there some kind of register?
