Since I posted about my experince with Emily at St Clara, there have been a lot of discussions and postings

I am thankful to those (a majority) who understood where i was coming from and the reasonsof my posting. NOTHING to do with being treatening or disparaging

I now have to report that the matter has been VERY satisfactorily resolved by the MP

My thanks and appreciation to Ginger - and I hope to be continue my visits to ebjoy the services being provided at SC/SB

Excellent, I'm glad you spoke with her off the public forums and happy that you were satisfied with the end result.

I understood where you were coming from, dont get me wrong. Just next time go easy on the MP and concentrate on the real problem which in that case was the lady in question. Always remember that the MP's that are serious about their clientel will always listen to their customers complaints if you contact them directly.

Glad to hear that everything got cleared up. Santa Clara and Studio B have a reputation of handling their clients with the utmost respect. I knew that Ginger would deal with things in a professional manner. FOr all the wonderful MPA's there, its a shame one of your first experiences with the spa was negative

A couple of notes about that thread:
1. Posting a negative review is fine but sometimes divulging too much details (like she bad mouthed other girls, blah blah) is unnecessary. U were also tainting her personality. Remember that the purpose of your thread was to "bad mouth" the MPA herself.

2. Things exchanged with PMs should NOT be revealed in the public.

3. Ginger is a class act has certainly made this guy happy. But I hope others won't start abusing her professionalism.

I think we have all discussed this before and personally I have a pretty good hunch on who ginger is. If I am correct, most of us have met her and love her. Think past SB mpa who had been there for awhile and worked at a few other toronto mp's before. Could be wrong, but as i said just a hunch.
