DOVER, Del. – The Delaware Secretary of State has suspended the certified massage technician license of a man recently indicted for engaging in inappropriate sexual contact with clients.
The complaint filed by the Delaware Department of Justice states that Robert Leech used his position to “impose unwelcome sexual acts” on numerous clients. Four victims have filed reports with Delaware State Police. Leech was also found to be operating an unlicensed massage establishment.
The order for suspension was signed on December 29th and will remain in effect for a 60 day period. During that time, disciplinary hearings will be held, or the final disposition for Leech will take place.
