This week, Joe zeroed in on a little girl in a dress.

He stared at her for 10 seconds, finally getting her attention.
Joe called her up so he could get near to her.

Joe wasn't wearing a mask and obviously wasn't social distancing.
His Pedo tendancies were obvious, but don't ever accuse him of any wrong-doing.

This was after he suggested that masks must be worn again and social distancing must be enforced to fight against Delta.

Forget all that - I am here to tell you regular folks that Joe is superhuman and doesn't need to wear a mask nor does he need to stop gropping little kids.
If Joe whispers in a little girl's ear and gets close to her, that's perfectly fine.

You are not allowed to do it, but Joe can.
