It is a nice design and it is ok if you are not going to have too many peope visiting it.

But, personally I think the heavy Flash design makes it too slow.

Flash in the intro is fine, but it is not recommended for the whole site if you are going to have a lot of traffic.

I hope you are not thinking of launching this as a pay site.

Ya, nice site! Did you all know that the template was purchased for use on MY website but the designer ended up giving it away to this sexyfrenchkitten! Am I pissed off? Hell yes!
