I'm still struggling with this large firm I started at last month. The no-show rate is still above 20% and I really can't contact or police the employees. I've been there four times and it's not profitable. Yesterday something really bugged me, a man came in to check it out for his wife, saw she'd signed up with me, I'm a guy and the other practitioner was female, and then went to his wife- she didn't show up. We would have gladly switched so she could get chair massage from a female. The HR dept. is not giving me any support. So.... I remember David Palmer saying that if the company is not 100% behind you, don't do it. Any suggestions or should I follow my gut and bail. I've considered hiring a newbie practitioner and paying them some perceneforum.xxxe. But if they bail, I'm stuck. I've been doing chair massage for almost 10 years and this is bugging the #@$% out of me. I appreciate your past ideas, some of them aren't possible because of the structure of this company.Any support? Thanks for all your ideas, this has been very helpful.Rubmyster
