An Oklahoma City-based massage therapist has been charged with rape and sexual battery following allegations of inappropriately touching a customer.
Oklahoma County District Court documents from March 11 say Troy Lynn Farmer, 41, was giving the victim a massage on Jan. 25 at Petra's Massage Therapy, in the 3000 block of Northwest 63rd Street, when he touched her genitals. The victim told authorities she was asleep when he inappropriately touched her.
Farmer reportedly asked the victim several times to turn over, but she refused. He tried touching her again, but she turned her hips away, the documents say.
A vice unit conducted an undercover sting operation at the business on Tuesday, when Farmer was working. He tried to inappropriately touch an agent, according to the documents.
Farmer was arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail. He has been charged with second-degree rape by instrumentation and sexual battery.
