Since we are in lock down again, anyone have any stock recommendations? I put a little bit of money into CTS.V at the end of December and its up 30 percent now, put some into REITS during the first lock down amd they're all doing ok, all green so no reason to sell yet, just collecting those dividends but looking to diversify some more into growth stocks.

Never bother with motley fool. Their articles are basically just sales pitch and even the content is garbage. I seen they always advocate a few stocks in markets that aren't doing or going to do good; like invest into this energy stock (even though market demands are way down due to covid)..

Stealing money from you IS how he makes money. I went to a stock trading school that wanted to charge over $20 000 for a five day course. After it was done, the jew said forget the course, just pay him $30 000 MORE and he'll give you his stock picks!!! I said that I'd be ok with that but he'd need to give me at least a few weeks TRIAL run. He refused!

I have done relatively well in the market in 2020. The thing about the stock market is if you have a long enough time horizon (say a few years) then you are almost guaranteed to get better return than bank CD (especially with the US Fed always injecting liquidity whenever there is a real bear market). That's the whole reason why index ETF market exists in the first place.

Well bitcoin stalled, o well. Aave grown near 300%- to bad I didn’t invest much in that. Put my money on the stock market now, I’ll see how it works out for me. I’ll give my position a few months an re evaluate from there. Been making some money. Hopefully this compounding thing works for me like it has for others. Just gotta out the money on the right stocks. I’ll See if I know how to pickem/ time it.

GME is the new hotness this year it seems. I am tempted to short this because it doesn’t make sense other than people jumping on a bandwagon because a known risk taking guy has put a bunch of positions on it over a year ago.

My current portfolio consists of SPACs, ARK invest buys, REITs, Gold Leverages, Crypto ETFs. They've been performing extremely well, especially since the market was in full bear territory during the april - may months. Made for a lot of discounted share prices to gobble up and average down. I firmly believe long term holds (2-3 yrs) on innovative tech that primarily phases out last era tech is the biggest game changer.

My day to day account is mainly scalping TSLA, Crypto ETFs with the recent bull run on crypto. I do believe we're headed into a bear cycle with Biden, but renewables should be primed for government contracts.
