Strange thing happened to me

I was doing a distance session last night and all was well until one point and I felt an intense rush of energy and heat enter my fingertips,then they just tingled alot,I felt the energy move up my arms into my Crown. I then experienced a major headache,and I had to disconnect and ground. I was very nauseous the next morning as well. I was totally grounded before the session,so I am not sure what happened.....Help :shock:

I experience major hadaches when I move into new energy patterns. Every energy workshop, severe headaches for few days. I rarely have them in between. I don't know what it is. No one has been able to tell me. All I can think is that whenever my vibrations are raised or new energies are downloaded, my body just doesn't keep up. It takes few days to allign my physical body with new energies. I don't consider it as a bad thing. It just my physical limitations.

Could be you experienced some Byosen. Frank Arjava Petter (among others) uses this technique to "scan" his clients in order to focus Reiki in the right places and with proper intent. It is possible you "tapped into" what your client was feeling. I sometimes have similar experiences with clients... It's like I intuitively tap into their illness or discomfort as a way of knowing what they are suffering. Treat them based on what you are feeling, and see if it improves.

By the way, Arjava says that Reiki can't bring harm or illness to the practitioner, so we shouldn't worry about that. It makes sense, and if we trust that it will be so.
