Couldn't get an appointment. Couldn't even get it across that all I wanted to know was WHEN they weren't "too busy" so I could schedule a damned appointment. I tried around 7 different ways of very clear phrasing but I got basically nonsensical or dismissuve rude responses. Literally all I wanted to know was what fucking day the next available appointment was BC I wanted to book an appointment. "Too busy" is not an answer to that question. No matter how specifically I tried to explain this simple concept I got nowhere. It was just infuriating how dense the responses were.

They won't be "too busy" forever and they will wish they hadn't blown off potential loyal customers. I'd love to have been able to give a review of several girls but the fool on the phone saw to it that I'm not even going to bother to try. If their Bookers service is this shitty I shudder to wonder how they would handle any other problems.

If you feel like blowing off your customers maybe that job is not for you. If they won't answer questions and be truthful about what they are saying the customer's will just move on.

My question was very simple.

"I want to book an appointment. When is one available next?"

"when can I make an appointment?"

"When will you not be "too busy" so I can book an appointment?"

"What day this week is someone available for me to book"

All were answered with "too busy"

If the above is too complicated English for this person then maybe she shouldn't be answering English texts at all.

It wasn't a matter of not taking time to text. There were huge gaps inbetween a lot of responses but she replied eventually every time. The problem was that an appointment taker somehow found someone asking to make an appointment, very clearly 8n several different ways, too fucking complex to understand.
