The phone girl needs to improve.
Couldn't get an appointment. Couldn't even get it across that all I wanted to know was WHEN they weren't "too busy" so I could schedule a damned appointment. I tried around 7 different ways of very clear phrasing but I got basically nonsensical or rude responses. They won't be "too busy" forever and they will wish they hadn't blown off potential loyal customers. I'd love to have been able to give a review of several girls but the fool on the phone saw to it that I'm not even going to bother to try. If their Bookers service is this shitty I shudder to wonder how they would handle any other problems.

So I nvr phone unless they ignore text...
