I was in houston a couple years ago and went to sun island and had a good time. Is it still there? If so is the quality still there? If not i would appreciate some recommendations for when i go to Houston next week.

If it was a couple years ago you're referring to the old Sun Island spa, which has since changed names. As far as I know it's now called VIP. There's a different place called New Sun Island in the Katy area now.
And if you happened to go during the Diamond/Summer era, then I would say no, don't expect the same level of service.
Although I did go to VIP a few months back, at the time there were a few good looking girls that would do bbbj, don't know if it's the same story now.
