I will be in town in time for the super bowl. Can someone recommend a bar to watch it? There is an aussie sports bar on Bangla on my last visit that had some good crowds for the rugby championships. Game should be early Monday morning (Feb 4th).

Regardless if they win or lose (yeah right!!!) It will have been a great year in new england sports. In addition I will be arriving in 19 days. I will be easily recognizable, as I will be wearing my try Brown (80) Pats team shirt for the first two days. Cant wait to see all the BM's in patong!!!!

Actually I'm not a fan of either the Giants or the Pats so didn't really care who won just wanted a good close game. The game was very good IMHO as most Super Bowls are typically blow outs.
For the Pats fans I can feel your pain........me being an Ohio State football fan (lost National Championship 2 years in a row)

I am currently eating crow. It was a close game, but the pats did play pretty bad offensively. Kudos to the Giants. I will still as a Pats fan wear my Troy Brown team jersey. Yes he didnt play, due to the fact i assume because he is an older player, but has always been one of my fav players. Its hard to be upset with your team when they won every single reg season game.....I was a little dissapointed however. It didnt help that I have been really sick as well. Not a good week. Im sure things will get better when I touchdown (no pun intended) in Phuket.
