Thanks for sharing! The pics of your place look beautiful.

I have a question: how do you run the place without a receptionist? Even if everyone is trained to take payment and book appointments, what about when all therapists are doing treatments? Who answers the phone then? Or is it just you running the desk? It does seem that having a dedicated receptionist is a huge expense, but it also seems necessary.

When Suzanne is there, which is usually on busy days, she handles the desk and the phones - no one can close a sale like the boss lady!

But when we are travelling for our hotel biz or just taking a day off, they seforum.xxxger the sked so there is always someone out front. Rarely results in missing any revenue. With 3 treatment rooms and 2 nail stations, it is rare that we are 100% sold out when we are away.
