Suspicous mole on client's back

If you saw a mole on a new client's back that looked suspicious (darker and uneven outline), how would you go about telling her to get it checked out? I have not had to face this sort of situation before but I know that I should tell her, after all, I would want to be told.

I just wondered if any of you had any experience with this sort of things or tips of how I can tell her without upsetting or worrying her.
