Sweating

hi all,

my tutor was going through list of questions what might come in exam, she asked what would a client do, for you stop the treatment immdietly if the client react this way. so every body thought if they feel faint or dizziness they would stop the treatment, but she said if they start sweating heavily, you stop, she said it's the reaction to the treatment, she meant to explain at the end of the lesson why this would happend but something or another she forgot, so can somebody please explain to me, why you stop the treatment immdietly?

Hello Farideh
I think this is because your client's body is trying to cope with the
sudden release of toxins (either due to a physical or emotional reaction to
the treatment). It reacts by sweating excessively in order to purge the
toxins.
You should halt the treatment because if you keep working on the feet, you will release again more toxins and at that moment, this is the last thing the client need.
When you get that kind of reaction, cover the client with a towel, give him some water and I would just hold gently the solar plexus together.
