I saw her last year.... Run down smokey apartment in York with older guy watching you walk with her. He will call her to let her know there is nobody else watching such as the Popo. Sorry, I thought I had posted about "Chesty" after my meeting a few weeks ago.

I had called her a couple of months ago, but our schedules didn't work. This time everything clicked and I drove to an apartment complex in SE York.
