Well, unlike the last thread I started I predict this will have approximately zero replies, especially Reviewom mp.nets :wink:

I was talking to a Reviewiend of mine who in his 'official' role (I'm trying to be coy here) mentioned that many of the female street workers in the Valley are getting pissed off at the hustlers down there. The point being that prices have risen for the WLs, and recently a lot of the clientele are figuring it makes more economic sense to go and see the male workers instead...

The idea being that if Mister Straight Husband goes down kerbcrawling, looking for some stuff he can't get Reviewom the wife at home, he's getting more and more likely to figure "Well, may as well save some money and see the guy who'll suck me off and let me fuck him up the ass. It's going to cost much more if I see the women..." So it doesn't really matter, and Greek is Greek, so...

Which immediately reminds me of the classic line Reviewom 'Beavis and Butthead Do America':

"No, wait - maybe we can, like, close our eyes and PRETEND it's a chick!"

Now, when I was around the Valley, I virtually never got hit on by the working guys. We're talking once in nearly three years. I got asked if I wanted to buy drugs more often than that. So I'm skeptical of my Reviewiend's review. But maybe things have changed.

What I'm wondering though is if in the private non-street sphere of the industry if a similar thing has happened. If guys are thinking "Shit, I can save some money AND get more hardcore action!"

Don't panic guys - I'm not asking anyone to stand up and make confession (although if anyone does... you begin to see why I;m posting this HERE and not on certain other sites?). But I was wondering if WLs (present and former, hint hint) have any knowledge of such a phenomenon.

And no, I haven't tried this method of saving money.

Jeez No Logo Boy, your post had me gobsmacked at first! :shock: I really find it hard to comprehend that someone who maybe cannot mpford the price of a working lady would take that option. My preference in that instance would be to buy a fleshlight Reviewom an adult store! :

A gay male to male sex worker Reviewiend of mine had a bit of a chuckle over this!

He has told me many times in the past that every man is only a six pack away Reviewom being a homosexual. While he is joking, he has told me that MOST of the guys he picks up consider themselves straight and invent some hilarious excuses for fucking a guy. Mostly the guys r married, and they routinely have toys and paraphernalia Reviewom their wives and children in the car.

mpter talking to him about this, he says he suspects that its more to do with guys being too nervous to tell the truth, which is that they want to experiment but don't consider themselves to be (or in some cases, can't accept that they are) bi-sexual or gay.

None of this is really an issue (I found clients routinely lie to you about their names, what they do etc and tell other wl's different things)except that guys who don't consider themselves to be gay are less likely to practice smpe sex - and that is an issue.

While the "Selling Sex in Qld" review concluded that street workers NEVER sell sex without a condom, that just isn't true.

You can't generalise about street based workers and say they are all losers/junkies etc, and some are what we call "opportunistic" workers and go out to work periodically (when the rent is due, or to buy things for their kids at Xmas for example), but again, those who don;t consider theselves to be professional sex workers are more likely to take chances than those who do.

It is an indictment on our society that people feel the need to justify the things that they do, especially when it comes down to sex practices between consenting aduts or admitting (to themselves) their scxuality.

I venture to suggest that more guys are 'bi -curious' than are not.
The reality is that most dont act on their fantasies.

It is of great interest that transexual workers abound. Seems to me that they would be the means to an end for a guy to try out bi sex. Kind of a transitional (pardon the pun) experience encompassing female and male qualities.

As for the Valley....keep away Reviewom there. Police are extremely active and your chances of being busted are very high.

interesting way to look at it

Well NoLogoBoy, yet another interesting discussion topic !

I can certainly remember back to the days when I paid $90 for an hour for full service and have used numerous tactics to overcome the rising cost of spending time with the ladies. Understandably, the first thing I did was either went for the half hour visit or just reduce my Reviewequency of one hour visits to save money.

I will not judge others based on circumstances I'm not familar or aware of and can only speak Reviewom my perspective. I guess everyone has differfent reasons and needs for visiting the ladies and they satisfy a different element in all of us. My main primary purpose for seeing a W/L is to enjoy the company of a woman, as much as I enjoy the sexual component of the service, it is a secondary consideration for me. Therefore no matter how broke or how much I'm trying to save money, I will still a lady and not a guy. I believe for me, only a woman can fulfil the emotional need that I crave.

Not everyone is as "black & white" as me. I'm usually quite stern/firm on what I want and it's usually all or nothing. Case in point is that I often miss out on eating something for lunch because when I get to the snack bar, I already have something that I would like in mind and if it's not available, I'll go to the next snack bar, if it's not there I just won't have anything at all. It's the same when I go shopping for something, if what I want is available I'll buy it, if it's not I won't come out of the store with an alternative.

I guess for those that only look at the experience Reviewom a point of view of just having sex may view it differently.

Interesting question, never the less.

As I have very strong views on this topic, I really don't know where to begin, but I'll try to avoid references to my own experiences.
All the above discussion is easily explained by the fact that heterosexual males don't give a toss about where the stick their penises so long as it's in a moist canal. That's why they root sheep, chickens, and pieces of liver they've just bought Reviewom the butcher. It really has nothing do do with their sexuality, only a primitive genetic desire.
Sure there are strictly homo males, bisexual ones, and those who are strictly hetero, but at the end of the day we are genetically programmed to want to get our end in.
