Has anyone ever ordered from Tao Trading/bestmassage online in Chicago??

Im looking to buy my first table, and they are not far from where I live....Im thinking if they are great, then why pay shipping. Any input would be soooo helpful!

I got my massage chair from them about 5 years ago. I love it and use it often. I expect my next one will also come from them!

I think that's where my newer massage table came from as well (purchased January 2007)...via Sam's Club.
It's a Duralite by Master Massage Table.
It has truly been everything I'd hoped it would be. Lighter, and more comfy than my original table... if something happened to mine I'd definitely consider ordering from them!

The spa where i work at uses these tables (purchased at Sams club, Master Massage Tables) and they do not hold up well to heavy use. This spa isn't even totally booked up all the time, just mostly during the summer, and they started wearing down after the first year. The feet broke off and they started creaking when doing normal swedish massage. The teeth on the headrest are not reliable, in other words if a client puts their arms in the arm rest that hangs from the headrest, the headrest can jump down several notches at once, startling the client.

I also have a client who bought one for their home that I massage them on. This table gets used rarely (couple times a month, max) and one of the cables has broken, which makes me feel nervous working on it. Also, it is very difficult to raise or lower the table height due to strange design.

If you are looking for a cheap table, there are several inexpensive models of the good brands (earthlite, oakworks, etc) available from Massage Warehouse with free shipping.

I've ordered from them in the past (not a table, just supplies), and I don't remember having any problems with them!
