I am still a Massage Therapy student but during my Sports Massage class we watched a video that showed treatments for carpal tunnel syndrome that was also supposed to work for lateral and medial epicondylitis. The technique (for laterl epicondylitis) uses a "stripping" technique along the wrist extensors while putting the muscles on a stretch (ie, bending the wrist-The client is standing at the side of the table and use of the clients body weight going straight down). This also works on the wrist flexors. This is also an exercise that your client can do for themself. Exercise should be done morning and night for about 5-10 minutes.I hope this helps, let me know if it works (another student in my class uses this and says it works good).
