Techno Clubs in Patong?

Looking for a techno / dance / hard trance type of club in patong.

any recomendations?

Seduction is probably gonna be the closest but no club in patong specialises in Hard Trance thank god

this is a holiday destination so most clubs mix it up a bit to cater for a wide range of punters...occasionally one of the clubs will have an international DJ who specialises in techno...but don't hold yer breath

As said, Seduction is probably your best bet, music was pretty good when i was there last.

Hollywood seems to play the same stuff over and over, more hip hop/R&B.

Unfortunately there is nothing like this in Patong. I love my Hard Style Techno but there is nothing around. My Favourite was Hollywood followed by Seduction. I would check these places out. I showed a few Thai people Hard Style Techno eg. Showtek, Donkey Rollers, DJ zany and none of them liked it one bit 5555

I love banging European hardcore gabber techno. My favourites are 2 Unlimited and Scooter.

Hardcore Techno is not everyone cup of Tea, which I can understand but I personally love it and know there are millions of people world wide that also enjoy it. I don't think they have enough people travelling to LOS that enjoy it so don't think it will appear in any clubs any time soon.

i think its fair to say the music taste in patong is pretty bad! seduction play electro house and trance upstairs and famous play some nice chilled house but thats as good as your gonna get, the dj cant even mix in famous so he ruins any kind of decent track they would play anyway! 555

I had a couple guys walk past asking what the "noise" was... I replied Hardstyle Techno, Should has seen the looks I got from that 555. We found a good bar in one of the markets and mades friends with one of the guys who loved Tupac, so we spent a lot of time there 5555. I like a good variety of music so I am easy to please.

But in addition to the Hardcore Techno, i found that a few Thai's knew of the Melbourne Shuffle, many of which asked if we would teach them how to do it.

It's a fairly new thing (gen Y), and i guess if you not into the hardstyle Techno you may have never heard of it, was surpised when a couple Thai guys knew of it, but I guess there are a lot more younger Aussies going to LOS these days.
