I put one on today (its about 3 in thick). The women LOVED it, apparently it was much comfier for the breasts. The men liked it ok. One did not, but then, he said hes a creature of habit, and he just does not like change! I did have to lower my table a couple inches to accomodate. I was trying everything short of shelling out $700 for a new table! Methinks this will work for a while!

We actually have them on every table at the spa where I work.
Clients seem to really like it, they're pretty fond of the table warmers too, even in the summer! :

I have 2 regular twin size foam (eggcrate style, sort of) toppers and then a 1.5 inch memory foam topper. Now my table feels luxurious. Make sure your face cradle will raise high enough to accomodate it.
