I love what AKB wrote! It is very personal and humble. As a client I would feel honored to receive it!
We send out a welcome newsletter to every new client. It is a simple, one page, easy to read format, with about 7 different "boxes" of information on it. It makes a strong impression to client to contact them after their visit, regardless of how you choose to do it.
Good Job!

It has been a pleasure to work with you, and I thank you for coming to see me for your bodywork. Touch therapies are very important to me and I am grateful to have been able to share them with you! Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments about massage and bodywork."
