First hand experience here, my husband has a Harley and has been riding at least 40 years. I cringe when I see the way most of the sit and the position of the handlebars, etc.

Great Idea...and yes, I believe it has been targeted!  8)A few years ago I went to bike week at Laconia, NH. Bikers ride many miles to these bike weeks, from all over the country. At the destination there are various tents set up with food, entertainment, retail, etc. Among the tents of tye dyed T's and various leather accesories I spotted a MT doing Chair massage! She had a pretty good line of people actually waiting for her, and this was only the first day of the week long event.  This is actually the time of year to look into it. I saw one in Myrtle Beach, Va in May. Laconia, NH is in June (I think). Daytona, Fl just happened and I'm pretty sure that there is a BIG one coming up soon somewhere in the mid-West. I can't think of the location right now, but I now it's probobally the BIGGEST bike week of all.  What a great way to spend some time working. And I agree, these people could definatly use a massage! :-*

Ahh..great idea!  I use to go to the Harley Fest in Michigan at Freedom Hill in the summer.  Just to see the bikes!I never saw a set up for massage.  So, for anyone in MI keep your eye out for the Festival this summer.  I bet you can make some great money and clients!  I can't go since I moved out of state.  I'm not sure if they have one in Georgia?

Good Idea. I sold my pretty little red Nighthawk because it was screwing up my back.  And, apparently makes you cross your ankles when you lay supine (see both men in picture above).

My husband is also a biker and he's messed up...although riding is considered his "stress buster."  After reading this, with all the Harley Davidson shops that are popping up across the country, that might be a good place to inquire.  We see events going on just about every other weekend if not every weekend esp. during the summer months.  Live music, food venders, etc.  Hmmmm....sure got me thinking.   I'm really interested in hearing more about this, so if other's have more stories or insights to share, keep them coming!!JoJo

I would definitely contact your local Harley Davidson shop. The one where I bought my bike has events all the time. They just had one this weekend offering free food from 11-2 and a 15% discount on everything you buy. The place was packed!!
