Bed wetting, animal abuse, fire setting leads to homicide.
Would any of you smack the person? Most likely not, unless you were right there. If you've had the chance to calm down and then you smack the person then you've premeditated it.
Today, several of my neighbours and I called the SPCA abuse line regarding a standard poodle that used to be a showdog. None of us had seen the dog in several months and with the whether changing the stench is noxious.
Animal Control, by-law and HPS all attended the condo complex, I'm not sure why all showed up, but it was a terrible scene. This poor dog has patches of hair missing, was dehydrated and covered in feces/unine. What troubled me the most was there was no hair on its rear legs and all bone.
The neighbour hasn't returned, and as angry/frustrated as the residents in the condo complex are, I don't think anyone will go after him. I could be wrong though?
