The NFL claims blacks are dumber than whites

The NFL, who has gone Woke and claims that systemic racism by Whites is holding blacks back in society has just revealed their true nature.

In court filings with regard to Concussions and the NFL's liability fund, lawyers for the NFL claim that blacks are naturally, cognitively less capable than whites, and therefore any claimed brain injuries by black players should be weighted properly to account for this inherent inferiority.

I am not making this shit up.
The NFL is directly claiming blacks aren't as smart as whites, so the league shouldn't have to pay out as much for brain injuries to black players that test low on cognitive test.

Why go woke, piss off your White fans, but then turn around and piss off your black fans by claiming they are dumber than whites?

I don't know how the race norming algorithm is used, but if it's to justify lower payouts to injured players, then there's obviously a problem. Having said that, there is no doubt that as a group, black people score lower on cognitive (i.q.), tests. This is due to both environmental and genetic factors. Because of the delicacy of the subject (it gets misused by white supremacists all the time), this is a truth that does not often get acknowledged. The important point to understand, (not that I have any faith the other two people on this thread will), is that the average score of a group is no reason to prejudge an individual. In other words, just because blacks as a group may score lower, you never know when you're going to encounter a Sowell or an Obama.

That isn't what I said. Blacks on average have lower IQ scores. If you take that to mean blacks are less intelligent than whites, then you would be wrong. The lesson to be learned here is that individuals should be assessed on their own merits.

Oh, and btw...the average difference between whites and blacks on iq (about 10% higher for whites) is about the same as the average difference between asians and whites. So, before the racists here begin to draw conclusions about what iq differences mean, you should realize what that implies for your own group. Asians, go to town.
