I was really hoping someone else might have heard of this
reference guide, so I could get their take on it. Oh well,
so it goes....
If it helps anyone else I did go on Amazon & checked out the book there. It got 3 good reviews and has upwards of
120 different Thai Yoga type stretches which they say can
easily be utilized on the table.
